New map and neather

As most of you know our minecraft world has been adventured and a lot of the new things that came from the recent updates have not really been able to take affect due to old terrain. So I am proposing an idea to get a new map and neather. I know some will not want this they were asking for the save game file so if it is possible plz get the same game file and idk email it to those that want it. Just a suggestion that I really would love to happen.

I kind of like the idea of another new build. The problem with downloading and sending to those who want it is the size of the file. It'll end up being about 1GB, which to upload, would take me something like 1 1/2 hours each time I tried to send it. However, for the potential of a new map, I was thinking about it, and thought, in the past our towns have failed because of resource gathering delays. So, why not enable creative in a build area for the spawn town so that is no longer an issue? While the build process was underway, the world could be restricted so that nobody snuck off to hide goodies for later use, and rules would also be put into effect as far as what items can be used (no diamond or emerald blocks, no ore, no spawning monsters, etc).

I agree with the idea though maybe you should restrict it to server staff so we can work on it and maybe skype if possible since we have been talking about this for weeks and also a new map is not up there currently so plz upload it as i am ready to begin.

On the new map it says you do not have permission to place blocks here and its saying it everywere so i could not start it plus we need to get on together for schematics. Thx Beast

It is supposed to default to everyone being allowed to build when you create a region, but it would seem that the opposite is true in this case. I changed the flag and was able to place blocks after I removed OP from my account and was just a regular user, so everyone should be able to build now.
